Verifying student status

Hi there,

I was using the student premium option up until recently when I realized that I had switched back over to the full premium price. I tried to renew my prescription but it is saying that I cannot be verified at a student anymore. I do not currently have any documents from my school to manually verify. Is there any way someone can verify this for me?

At the moment, Spotify doesn't processes the student verification. In this case, we suggest reaching out to SheerID to see if there's any way to verify your details.
