My Question or Issue

 Hi,

I was trying to subscribe as a student yesterday but I just cancelled the process in the middle because of documents.

But I've just found that the €4.99 is already deducted from my bank account and of course my account is still the free one.

Can I get refund?

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
