My Question or Issue

 hi! im a college student.

i registered premium for student.

And that fee was charged from my card.

But there is not my school at the form.

So i requested to add my school.

But it takes minimum 30 days.

Did i lost that fee?

What i have to do?

Since you didn't complete the process, you shouldn't be charged. Try waiting to see if your school gets added. If it does, you shouldn't have any trouble signing up for the discount.
