My Question or Issue

I have the Studen Premium plan but for 2 months (December 2022 and February 2023) I got charged with the full payment of Premium Individual. The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake, maybe my student card was expired or something like that, but then I check my settings, see the Premium Individual plan on my profile (which I had never changed) and when I try to get it back to Student, it says I "have already redeemed this offer". ??? Anyways I managed to change it to my initial plan (Student) and January was indeed half the price. But this happened again today!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you've managed to extend the Student subscription again and have paid the reduced price, but have soon after that paid the regular price, it's possible that you've activated a subscription on a different account and have two subscriptions running. Could you check if that's the case with the guide from this page
