why I cannot see my plan and went I want to see, it showing something when wrong and ask to put payment details while I always pay monthly with debit card

Could you give us more info on the issue you're experiencing? You can post screenshots of the error message as well.

Also check if you're logged in on the right account. Here is how to do it.
