hey, i did things what necessary for student premium and the money was receiveed from my card but my account didnt change to premium what did this happened and what can i do

Oh no! That is not good.

 

Are you difnelty on the correct account?

 

If so, allow it at least 24 hours to process. if you do not have premium on your account in 24 hours, I would tweet the people over at @SpotifyCares they will be able to help you better 🙂

My student account is already verified but the charge on the suscription hasnt change.
How can i do it?

Sorry to hear you have been having issues.

 

Have you tried logging out and in again?

 

If so, what device are you using?

no, i didnt try my friend but i m gonna try that now and i use iphone and windows thanks for that

This happened to me too.

 

The charge will go away in a day or two. It has your money on hold to verify if youre a student or not.

Have you already been charged the normal price?

Yes i have premium as two months ago

I would recommend tweeting the people over at @SpotifyCares they can look into your account 🙂
