Basic plan not available

Hello everyone, 

i've been a long time spotify user for over 10 years. Unfortunately i was persuaded to cancel my spotify in June this year, so i can try a "better streaming service". As stupid as i am, i listened to that person and canceled my spotify sub. But it was a big mistake tbh. Now there is no option to sub to the basic plan, since i dont need the audiobooks. 

Please can someone check if there is any option to reactivate the basic sub option? I've been a loyal subscriber for so long and it would be great if spotify could do me a favor and help me with this problem.

I also cannot switch from Family Premium to Family Basic. Why is this not available for me? I'm already spotify member from the very beginning and I should have this option. I never listen to audiobooks......
