Cannot access free audiobooks

I have a premium account which should include 15 hours per month free audiobooks. but when I go to audiobooks, they all have a padlock sign. My friend has same account and sees the same titles but saying “included in premium”. I am the account manager, not an invited extra person.

I have exactly the same - I am the plan manager and when I check it says I have used <1 of my hours of free audiobook listening, but then when i go onto any audiobook it has a padlock and asks me to purchase it? WHY IS THIS

Me too- I can’t access any audiobook even though I am the premium account holder - any help would be welcome
