Following an artist on Spotify feels pretty passive right now—it barely does anything beyond light recommendations.

What if we could group followed artists with hashtags, like building our own “record shelves”? You could organize artists by vibe, genre, etc., and have new releases flow through those groups.

It would turn following into something you actually use—not just a button you tap and forget.
