Good Customer service

Your have a good music app, but your customer service and user rules are the ABSOLUTE WORST worldwide: everytime i have contacted your customer service, they just repeat the same empty phrases of apology and hot air whilst nothing is done. Your rules and payment methods are arcane. It is as if you want to punish people for being a customer. Today, I tried to resolve a technical issue caused by spotify. I spent no less than 1,5 HOURS online, was connected to FIVE customer agents or advisors and NOTHING WAS DONE TO RESOLVE THIS. This is infuriating.

I have completely different experiences myself, but.. in all fairness: I can also easily imagine that different countries may have different ways of support (just guessing here!).

 

Anyway...
