I cant' play any song at all

The title is pretty self explanatory, I can't play any song even after reinstalling spotify is there any way to fix this? Im using the desktop version of the app

Do you see an error when this happens? Something like "Spotify can't play this content right now. Please try again later"?

I'll provide the usual fix for this problem on Windows. Let me know if it helps or not.

In Windows 10/11:

Right-click on the sound icon in your taskbar and select sound settings.

Scroll down to the Volume Mixer option.

On the Volume Mixer page, click the Reset button at the bottom.

sadly that didn't work, i cant even use the web player on desktop, it seems to be fine on mobile tho
