I’m getting charged twice

I’m getting charged twice

I upgraded to duo premium but I’m still getting charged for individual. I just realized this been going on for a year! What the heck! How do I contact Spotify when I can’t get a hold of anybody? No phone? What kind of service is this?! I’m irritated 😤

Hi @Meli1185,

 

So, that might be a bug and are you using Spotify Duo with another person or individually? So maybe consider contacting Spotify's Customer Service here. Spotify doesn't currently support Customer Support via phone yet, but you can contact them through all ways possible via Twitter, Spotify Community, Facebook, etc.
