I've been using Spotify for a long time, and after the latest updates, the user experience has been significantly affected.
First of all, the reason that gave me to talk to you is that the button or icon for selecting the Spotify app is disgusting, not pretty, and really repulsive. Why does it come to this??

The player itself has become less convenient, there are glitches and problems that harm the listening experience, and in my opinion the product is now less good than it was in the past.

In addition, the price of the subscription feels expensive relative to what you get, especially in light of the recent problems and changes in the app.

I would be happy if you would look into the issue and consider improving the user experience in future updates.
