Lossless audio enabled for Costa Rica and Premium users

I am eagerly awaiting the availability of lossless audio for my Premium account in Costa Rica, Central America.

Almost every day, I check my audio quality preferences to see if it is available yet, and the best option is still “Very High Streaming Quality.”

Could someone please let me know if I need to do something or if this option is simply not available yet?

This is truly sad, now exclusive mode is also available for Windows, but is not showing up on premium accounts in Costa Rica. 
How long is this going to take!?

I'm struggling with the same issue, it's so annoying. A lot of friends are moving to apple music because music just sounds way better there, I guess I'll be next 😐
