Spotify stops playing

After a few seconds a song stops playing. 

And some songs don't play at all 

I tried everything please help

I have the same happening on the web browser version. If I leave the song on pause for a long time and then return, the song plays for like a minute and then stops playing completely. Then it won't play anything until I refresh the web site. Some months ago that was enough to get everything back to working. Nowadays the web browser begins to load some resources for like 30-90 seconds until it decides it can play something again. Absolutely horrible experience to use this web browser version.

The browser software was ok like 2 years ago. After that it has gotten more buggy and slower. Just rubbish user experience overall. Is this a plan to get people to download the PC version of the application and stop using the browser version?
