Top up rort

When I checked listening hours left on my top up it stated 8 hours used, 2 hours left. I then topped up for 10 hours.

When I checked listening hours after top up it said 9 hours used, not 8 hours (plus 10 hours top up just paid for).

I attempted to have this addressed via spotify support. 

Spotify refused to accept there had been  a discrepancy. Sure it's only one hour, but I know what the system told me before I topped up, 8 hours used not 9 hours used. It's  the principle of the thing. Big corporation rorting the consumer. Extremely suspect if you ask me. Be careful, there is rorting going on. Oh...yes, of course I will be seriously considering closing my account after this. Support were useless. So be carefu when topping up!
