I bought an individual Premium. Ads are continuously shown. Why? I am supposed to be listening to songs without ads. This is very annoying. If it trems i will cancel my subscription, and I will discuss not buying a Spotify subscription in my community.

Can you let me know when you're hearing/seeing the ads? Is it when you're playing music or when you're listening to a podcast? If you're unable to discover other Premium features like unlimited skips, etc., try following the steps provided in this support article and let me know if they make a difference.
