504 during call to getMyRecentlyPlayedTracks

Hello, I'm currently facing an issue when I retrieve the recently played tracks of this user: "clement-hugger"

The API returns a 504 error with no other information :

}

For the other users, no issue, everything works!

Can you guide me to resolve this issue?
