API Rate Limit 429 response - PLEASE MORE DETAIL

Please may I propose you introduce a new API tier specific for launched start ups that reply on your API for business functionality and offer medium size quotas/rate limits and have paid customers? or an API rate limit that scales with proven use - My whole app is struggling as I need to do 75k requests per day (it's a playlists analysis tool) and I'm limited to what seems to be less than 5k. This means my data is stale and will be almost impossible to keep up to date inside the T&Cs. The 250 MAU doesn't make any logical sense, I could never have that many as my web app is paid only subscriptions. I understand heavy limiting on hobby developers as they may abuse the API accidentally with no benefits for Spotify, but my app is sending traffic to Spotify! and encouraging music artists to double down on caring about their Spotify metrics. It's given me a huge competitor disadvantage and i'm highly disappointed, i'm also an artist and i've spent £5k on getting people to go from IG -> Spotify and love the platform so this feels like a stab to the heart.

I also kindly request that you share more details on the rate (limit based on averages if it varies). I've been playing around changing delays between requests, hosting my scripts on different IPs/networks, changing delays between batches of requests, and I can't find a way to stop triggering the 429 response and don't want to break the rules! If developers have any information that helps, please share!

Timelines? I see many threads from mid 2025 stating you are reviewing the whole system, when is it planned to be decided? and what is the most likely outcome?
