Hello Spotify Developer Team,

I’m currently developing a mobile application (MVP stage) that relies on Spotify user data (OAuth) for music-based features.

When trying to create a new app in the Spotify Developer Dashboard, I see the following message:
“New integrations are currently on hold while we make updates to improve reliability and performance.”

I would like to ask:

1. Is there any estimated timeline for when new app creation will be available again?
2. Are there any temporary alternatives for developers who need to integrate Spotify OAuth (for example, early access, beta programs, or whitelisting)?
3. Is it acceptable to continue development using an existing app temporarily and migrate later?

We only require standard OAuth scopes and fully comply with Spotify’s Developer Policy.
