About spotify api

I'm building a music app and considering using the Spotify API for:

1. Streaming songs
2. Getting artist information, such as their released songs and albums

In short, I want to create a Spotify clone with a few additional features. The Spotify API will only be used for fetching songs and artist-related information, and nothing about the user.

I just wanted to ask if this is allowed.
