App and Dev Mode limit

App and Dev Mode limit

Hi,

I'm an indie developer building a music playlist app focused on structured playlist creation: BPM ranges, energy progression, Camelot Wheel organization, harmonic compatibility, track sequencing, and transition planning. It targets users who need precise control over how their playlists are built.

For this audience, Spotify support is one of the core integrations users expect when evaluating this type of product. The integration is therefore central to validating the product.

The issue is that I have already set up a beta flow with manual allowlisting through the Developer Dashboard, but the 5-user limit makes it very difficult to collect meaningful feedback and is not enough to properly validate the product.

At the same time, I cannot honestly complete the Partner Application Form, as the MAU threshold does not yet reflect the current status of the app.

I understand that similar concerns may have already been raised by other developers, so I am not trying to duplicate the discussion unnecessarily. I am mainly looking for the current official guidance for this specific situation.

I would like to know whether Spotify offers any official path for apps that are not yet able to meet all standard Partner Application requirements to request a limited beta quota increase without submitting inaccurate information.

Is there a case-by-case review process, a limited beta quota option, or any alternative path available for this situation?

Thanks.
