How to request access to Audio Features API for new apps?

Hi,

I recently created a new Spotify developer app and noticed that calls
to GET /audio-features return 403 Forbidden.

I understand this endpoint was restricted for apps created after
November 2024. What is the current process to request access to
audio-features for a new app?

Is Extended Quota Mode still available, and if so, where can I apply?
