My Question or Issue

I am able to work with the API for long sessions where I can control the playback of songs and access the playlist info from my iOS app. Then, inexplicably, I lose the ability to authenticate so I'm dead in the water. The 

appRemote:didFailConnectionAttemptWithError: callback fires, but the

localizedDescription only says "Connection attempt failed".

Does anyone know what causes this? Is there a way to get a more meaningful error message?

Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app helps, but not always.

I had to delete not just my app but the Spotify app too. Reinstalling Spotify fixed the issue with AppRemote connect.
