My Question or Issue

So i have spotify account and it was connected with apple id, and then i have an android tablet, android tablet doesn’t support apple id login, so i have to add some new ways to log in like adding an email or a facebook. after i add my email changing from what apple was generating and set a password, i changed my spotify username too, but then i accidentally deleted my apple id login method and now i got logged out from my app and web, and when i try to log in with email password, it says that the combination is wrong, i’m sure it was right but the. when i clicked forgot password the email doesn’t appear, and i seem to forgot my username. what should i do?
