Permission missing - MS Power Platform Custom Connectors

I have Premium plan, I'm using Microsoft Power Platform Custom Connector and there Oauth2.0 and Spotify ready made solutions. I have followed the instructions precisely but still I get 401: Permissions missing, no matter which scope I give or any action I try.

Does anyone have the same issue or Spotify development team might know what is the issue here?
