Changing API App Ownership to another account

Hello,

I have an API App for Spotify that I would like to transfer to another spotify account (from my personal account to a work email, basically).

It doesn't seem possible to do this from the dashboard or the UI. Is there anyone I could talk to at spotify to get this done for me?

Hi, 

Old thread with no aswers, but figured I'd comment to this one instead of making a new one. 

I'm currently looking to transfer our App to another account since the account that has the App belongs to an ex-employee. 

Does anyone know whether this is possible or not?
