Commercial use for API

I'm working on an innovative project for nightclubs that aims to enhance interaction between DJs and attendees through music. The system allows nightclubs to generate events or manage venues by creating specific links for both DJs and users.

In our project, users can pay to add songs to a list that the DJ will see. The DJ has the ability to accept or reject the proposed songs, and the accepted ones will be played during the event. This model not only improves the user experience but also generates additional revenue for the nightclubs.

To implement this project, we need to integrate the Spotify API commercially, enabling users to search and select songs directly from Spotify's cata

Hi Trifunski,

As laid out in our Terms and Conditions, Spotify is only for personal, non-commercial use.

This means you can’t broadcast or play Spotify publicly from a business, such as bars, restaurants, dance studios, radio stations, etc.

On this page, Spotify recommends using Soundtrack Your Brand. It has an API/SDK, but I don't know if it has the functionality you want. As far as I can see, it is only for playing playlists.
