[Community][Discover] Launch Puerto Rico as country for API

Hi! Puerto Rico has a very rich and diverse music scene that is very different from the United States'. I would like to find new music from Puerto Rico using the "Get New Releases" API endpoint. However, Puerto Rico (ISO Country Code: PR) is currently not supported. I think it would be fantastic for Puerto Rican developers, such as myself, to have our island's music represented in the API.
