[Developer] Concrete rate limits

Hi! There are not concrete numbers regarding rate limits for the Spotify API. This documentation https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/guides/rate-limits/ tells us there is a 30 second window in which the number of requests are monitored, however, it does not tell us the limits.
