My Question or Issue: 

 Under account when using phone, the email address option appears and will disappear. I need to change my email address because my old one has been deleted from the database (University email) and I forgot my password. My password is needed to join the family plan. However, when I have tried it will state something like an error has occured try again later. Other times, under account, no email address will show, it will show "subcription, free).

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
