Expose Mix / Transition Controls in Spotify Web API

Request to extend Spotify’s playback APIs to support fine-grained transition (“Mix”) control between tracks in a user’s playlist.

Proposed Capabilities

Add a transition configuration object that can be applied between consecutive tracks in a playlist or queue:

• Volume Automation
• EQ Control
• Filter Effects
• Transition Length (Musical Bars)
• Transition Start Point (Advanced)
  • Ability to define when the transition begins within the outgoing track

Why this matters
This would unlock advanced playback experiences while keeping users inside Spotify’s ecosystem, instead of requiring external mixing tools.

Also good to note that the Auto Mix acts really poorly and this API access will allow for example to create ready DJ playlists
