Getting http 403 after calling API

Our app has Spotify playlist fetching integration for quite some time (since 2020) working without any problems, however starting from about two to three weeks ago, we have been getting 403 errors. We had previously used a different email address but switched the owner and the app name, and have been getting continuously getting 403 errors. Not sure if this is the issue?

Is there anything we can do or any one to contact on this issue?
