please tell me why you would push out such a terrible home screen update. It’s unusable. I’ve just talked to support and apparently there’s nothing I can do to get it back. There’s no way this went through any kind of testing it’s just absolutely terrible. Please let this be a quick unfortunate experiment and get me back to my normal Home Screen so I can use this app.

It's absolutely horrible. I've been on spotify since they made it to the US, and they haven't always been perfect, and sometimes a bit frustrating - but this is pretty much unusable. Mine just "updated" yesterday. I'm going to have to try those other guys at Apple music now, they have a free month. Ugh. I always hated iTunes, but I figure, if this isn't fixed by the time that trial is up, I'll reluctantly and unfortunately cancel spotify. This has been going on apparently for some time if you see the threads, so clearly, no one at Spotify is listening.  

I absolutely agree with this. I find myself hating the Spotify app for iPhone on a daily basis since I got the update a week ago. Nobody around me has it yet... And I find it atrocious and very much unusable. Unable to find my music or new music to discover... It just makes absolutely no sense, I can't cope with the idea of someone thinking this is actually an improvement... I want the other version back. Well I need it, actually, or I will stop paying for the Premium version. What a bummer.

I've had the update too and its just awful, completely unusable and makes me want to stop using the app. I've not looked at the home screen for more than 2 seconds since the update and have just had to use my library to find music. Hopefully it reverts back to normal in a few days.
