Two different IDs for the same Podcast Episode

Wondering why there are two URLs and two IDs for the same podcast. I have several exmaples of this, but here is one:

https://open.spotify.com/episode/3AFGrYGhZTQpBeoCkIaquA

Different URLs but the episode is the exact same. I checked the entire list of podcasts this channel has posted, and he did not post two of the exact same named podcasts, so these really are the same one with two separate links / IDs....

Anyone have any idea why this is the case???
