How does the API prioritize parameters in /recommendations?

Get Recommendations takes in parameters such as min/target/max of the following: 

acousticness, danceability, energy, instrumentalness, key, liveness, loudness, mode, speechiness, tempo, time_signature

As well as seed track/artist/genre.

Question: How does the API prioritize this? Does the API prioritize artist match over energy for example?
