Issue with accessing user top tracks when offset parameter is >= 50

My Question or Issue

When accessing a user's top tracks, it is possible to access the first 98 items by iterating with a 49*x value assigned to the offset parameter. However, it is impossible to access any tracks in this category if offset is >=50. This is probably a bug in the API as using the 49*x method clearly demonstrates that tracks exist past the 50th item. I'm just wondering if this is a known bug and if so if there are any workarounds for now?
