If other sounds on your computer are working, then Spotify should have volume as well. If the volume slider in the Spotify app is turned up and there still is no sound, please follow the following steps.
1. In the taskbar, right-click on your sound icon, and select Open volume mixer.
2. Click on the reset button at the bottom of the page.
Hopefully this will fix any volume issues.
