Query Params for User Library Endpoint

My Question or Issue

The `GET /me/tracks` endpoint doesn't have any type of query params in it to search across song/artist/album metadata or the `added_date` for a track so there's no way to programmatically search across someones library unless you paginate everything and keep it in synch. There's not even a way to specify an ordering, so you always have to start paginating from the newest tracks
