Request Quoata Extention Rejected

We have refused to use it because it violates the terms of use, but there are other companies' products with equivalent functions.

I can't promote third party products here, but did they pass the review before the terms of service changed?

Or has it passed the review for another reason and is being used for a different purpose than when it was reviewed?
