My Question or Issue

How do i retrieve the id for a specific track using Search API as there are multiple track names with the same name ? For example , I am trying to search and retrieve the track id for song name Nagar by artist Chambord but I am receiving result as 

"name": "Nagar Mein Jogi Aaya", and track id 6yPStsSIGLe0alIgjChNX2

someone please take a look into this and explain me how can I find a particular track id and narrow down the result to the exact track which is meant in the search query and not any similar track pushed by the search algorithm.
