Spotify Tap Application Error

There is an error on the Application to build a for-profit Spotify Integration.
I want to add Spotify "Tap" on a bluetooth headphone, and the application provides a link:
This is my first time:  https://developer.spotify.com/use-cases/hardware/wearables/
However this link 404s.

I have submitted the application.

What is the next step, in order to get assigned a client-ID and be granted access to Certomato?

My company already has an active NDA with Spotify.

I also created a support ticket, but there has been no update at all: PNQ-1225
