Streaming through API using single account

I am trying to use the API to stream to my subscribed users to my app. 

What license do I need ?

Can I use single account authenticated via API to stream to 700 users?

Good question! - A Spotify account is for personal-use and you can only stream in one place at a time. To develop an app with streaming capabilities, you can check out the Web Playback SDK. Users need to have a Spotify account and authenticate themselves in your app. 

For iOS and Android, you could use the iOS SDK or Android SDK to remote control the Spotify app on the user's device from your app.
