Tracking Spotify Usage Statistics

I'm planning to develop a Chrome extension with the Spotify API that requires usage statistics pertaining to how long a user listens to music every day. This is possible?

Right now, there's no endpoint available for this. You might, however, be able to do something with the: https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/player/get-recently-played/ and https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/player/get-information-about-the-users...endpoints.
