Unable to accept Developer TOS

When I attempt to accept the Developer Terms of Service, I check the box that says I accept, then click the "Accept the Terms" button. The page reloads and under the navigation bar at the top of a page, a red error bar appears which states, "There was an error sending the data. Try again."

I'm also seeing 'An error occurred' after trying to accept TOS

I'm also getting this: "An error occurred". Why does it seem like this is happening nonstop to people?

Yes, the issue remains. This time as a status 400.

Looks like it's fixed, as I've been able to accept the ToS now - still can't create new apps though

Gotta love going crazy over this issue just to find out they disabled new app creation for over a month already.

If I had known, I wouldn't have paid for this service. How long can we wait?
