My Question or Issue

Hi, I am writing a bot for Discord with music capabilities. I create a play command to play music. I want to get track or playlist information when a user gives me a Spotify url. I don't need any playable sound just need song name, artist name etc. 

My question is, is it legal according to Spotify, is there any payments I have to do, what are the limits per day/month ?
