Using spotify in embedded browser

I have a question because I have not found such an issue here. 
We have a desktop app with embedded web browser where we would like to run the spotify web player. It should work like this:
- user click on button that will shortcut him to the embedded webbrowser where the spotify webplayer will be as default page

- afterwards the user must login using his personal spotify account

- it is almost the same scenario as minimazing our app opening the webbrowser and find the spotify player there. 

- the goal is to provide the user quick shortcut to the player. 

- this aplication only occurs in the operating rooms in healthcare where the audience is emdical staff and maybe patient that has local anesthesia.  

I just need to now if we are violating some rules or some additional steps are required or we can just simply use it this way.

Spotify using in a business setting is prohibited.

To play in a commercial environment, check out Spotify's friends at Soundtrack Your Brand. (source)

They also have an API/SDK to make your own apps.

I am jst bit confused when you named it bussines setting. 

I will try to ask you differently. Imagine there is a doctor who has spotify account and there is PC with internet in OR. He plays his playlists during the surgery. Music is not there to make more convieniet enviroment for customers or atract them. it is there only to have less stressed enviroment for him and colleagues. Would this doctor violate the rules as well? 

As I mentioned we are just giving them the platform to access spotify with their personal account same as any other computer. 
I would just like to understand where is the border when is it business and when not.

Under business type, you can find medical & dental under Health & Beauty at SYB, so a hospital is definitely considered as a business there. You can find the business types by clicking the ≡hamburger menu at the top right corner, or clicking business types at the bottom.

please check the page 46. This is our competitor that sales products around the world. I want to do it asactly the same way as they have. So now i do not understand I have been told that it is impossible to use spotify with my scenario when i am providing the proof that it is possible. So was there misunderstanding? That document is from 2021-08-10. Since around two years ago, the quota extension request process has been changed.

Also, I'm not a Spotify employee, so I could be wrong.
