My Question or Issue

basically i'm trying to build an ai music recomendation pipeline (personal usage) so i need to use these data not for specifically trainiong a model but rather for other purposes like clustering and so on.
so the data will not be used for specifically training an ml model, does this violate the terms of usage mentioned in :

Hi overflow74,

Based on Spotify’s terms of use, using their data for clustering, which is a form of machine learning, would violate their restrictions against using their content for AI or machine learning purposes. Even if you're not training a model in the traditional sense, clustering still involves processing data in a way that falls under these restrictions.

You might want to consider using alternative datasets that are open and do not have these limitations.
