Waking up with spotify

I would like to try and make a program that plays my spotify at a certain time of day, in the TOS, I see that for anything using an alarm functionality I must get written approval from spotify, how do I do this?
Is this where I ask for approval?
I have a premium account and this project is for personal use, and not commercial use. if that makes a difference.
