authentication on android

My Question or Issue

My app is in react native however I am creating an expo module to use the android remote, but my issue is that my app isn't opening the auth flow, I thought it could be to do with passing in the wrong context but I'm not sure. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I was thinking of using the android auth library instead but  I'm not sure if I am able to connect to the remote with this
